Charles Warren Boman passed away on April 8, 2026. He was born on January 10, 1945, to Charles P. and Lula Mae (Triebel) Boman in Parsons, Kansas.

Warren, as he was known to his family, was also called Charlie, Chuck, Frog, and Red by those who knew him. He grew up in the Milford, Missouri area and attended Milford and Lamar schools through the eighth grade.

Warren proudly served his country in the United States Army during the 1960s, including 18 months stationed in Germany. Following his military service, he worked at various places throughout the Carthage area. He was an avid fisherman and a devoted dog owner, always having a canine companion he loved like family.

He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Michael (Mike) and Nancy Boman; two nephews, Kevin and Kyle; and one niece, Katie, all of whom he was very proud. He is also survived by three great-nephews, Heston, Kadin, and Hayes; two great-nieces, Julia and Evelynn; several cousins; and his loyal companion, his dog Angel, who was by his side until his final moments.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Shelva and Alta Boman, and John and Dolly Triebel; his parents; and one niece, Chemaly.

The family wants to express their sincere thanks and appreciation for the kind and dedicated care he received while living at Bristol Manor.

In accordance with his wishes, no services are planned. Those who wish to honor his memory may make a memorial contribution to Lamar Bristol Manor or a local Senior Citizen Center.
